Black images have a colored border around them

Printer is OKI 711, so there is no black toner. My image has a black border around it , after printed, has a hairline magenta or cyan rim around it. Is there an adjustment for this?

Please make sure you have taken the following steps:
– Placed the OKI printer on a stable surface (a surface which does not move)?
– Made sure that the stable surface is 100% flat? Including the middle of the table where there may be no support for the weight.
