Hi I’m new to the forever paper. I have my pressure set at medium (although I don’t really know the setting. When I press the laser light no cut, it is leaving some of the transfer behind. Is this due to pressure or heat? My heat is set at 354F.

    Dear Jill,

first off all, thank you for your trust in our products.
I need some additional information to give you the best support:
    Which printer are you using?
    How long are you pressing?
What are you doing after opening the heat press?
What is the model of your heat press?

    Best Regards.

We are using the OKI 711WT
We are pressing for 15 seconds
After press, we use an old tee to cool the transfer for 15 seconds (we have also tried 2-5 seconds).
We have a Geo Knight K20S

    Dear Jill,

thank you very much for the information.
As I can see you are doing everything right.
I think it has something to do with the heat press. Maybe the temperature is not rising fast enough or the pressure is too low.
I would try it again by increasing the temperature to 375-390°F.
If you start to peel after rubbing with a cloth over it and you see some toner rests on the transfer paper, rub again for 1 or 2 seconds and continue peeling, Repeat this step untill it works fine without any toner on the transfer paper.
