    What am I doing wrong? I’m pressing at 320f for 180secs and ruining so many laser mugs. It’s leaving so much residue that the images aren’t always visible and it’s not easy to get off at all with isopropyl.

    which mugs are you using? We only can give support for mugs which are sold by FOREVER.
