Participantafter tranfering the a + b meterial to the shirt the last finish with the hot stamp foil doesn’t stick to the glue/black inkt after cooling down.
what can be the cause of this problem11th May 2017 at 12:52 pm #8571Anonymous
InactiveDear evoorschot,
this could be because of the wrong “base” color. We always recommend to use a mixed black if you plan to use a hot stamping foil.
Make sure that you are using CMYK/W with 100% for each color.
Also make sure that you press the “base” only for 5-10 seconds with low pressure and the hot stamping foil with highest pressure and for 30 seconds.11th May 2017 at 1:24 pm #8572evoorschot
ParticipantDear Bullut,
I have a standard white and black picture and I use the RIP software.
I am removing then the color white in this picture.
Can you advise me which type of profile I should begin with and then at the end (last start button) which type of driver the best is.
I am now using the screening from printer and I hope that the color mixture of black is correct.
Please inform me.
With kind reards,

InactiveDear Edwin,
if you are using the RIP please check in Step 3 the color of black by using the selective color correction.
If it is not mixed black, change it to mixed black like I mentioned before
You can use the normal Laser-Dark (No-Cut) LowTemp Profile and the screening of the printer. - AuthorPosts
