I’m trying to make a print on a cycling jersey (Polyester). The dimension of the print is around 6.5 cm wide and contains a red line with some white text. Every time i try to make the transfer stick the inside the red line falls off. (Not everything but some of the letters) My heat pressure is set to 135°C and 2.3 bar for 30 seconds.
Note: If i upscale the print everything is fine then.
Is there someone who has tried this before?
Dear M. Neale,
please make sure that you are working like it is written in the current instruction.
You should use about 150-160°C and 90 seconds for the first step and 30 for the second step.
If a line is too thin and you see it is not working, make sure that you are using a thicker line.
Normally we can guarantee perfect results with line thicknesses of 0,5 pt.
